Anthem Glover Properties / Open Road BMW Langley Dealership
The Anthem Glover project involves the construction of an Automall Access road, including storm sewers, large underground detention system, water mains, curb & gutter, paving sidewalks, street lighting, traffic signals, and highway widening. The project is located at the busy intersection of Langley Bypass and Glover Road. After completion, the Automall will become one of City of Langley’s landmarks, selling high end luxury European make vehicles and is set to open in the summer of 2011. The large underground concrete storm water detention tank system, seventy meters in length and storing close to 4000m3 of storm water, is one of the most challenging and unique aspects of this large private development project.

Project: On & off-site servicing for a 91 unit townhouse site located at 148th Street and 61 Avenue, Surrey, BC.
Consultant: Hunter Laird Engineering Ltd.
The project consists of site servicing for a 91 unit townhouse site which includes 500m of new road construction, storm, sanitary and water services, electrical, hydro, telus and cable connections. The project also consists of significant onsite earth works and approximately 100 lm of retaining construction.
