Construction started in July 2011 with the aim being to prepare a proposed site at Pipeline Road and David Avenue in Port Coquitlam for construction of a multi-story apartment complex complete with 3 levels of parkade.  Preparation of the site involved pile driving, shotcrete and anchoring, bulk excavation, detail excavation and rock removal.  A large portion of the work was bulk excavation with 60,000 cubic metres removed from site.  Project completion is scheduled for October 2011.
