This site is located on 1300 Marine Drive, West Vancouver. These projects were two phases of a large excavation located in West Vancouver. Scope of work included asphalt removal, utility removal, concrete foundation wall demolition, secant piles, shotcrete shoring, boulder excavation, bulk excavation and detail excavation. The site had limited access with only one available loadout location.

Project Highlights
- Excavate and dispose of over 75,000 cubic meters of material total.
