We prioritize using a competency-based model, which accommodates the changing needs of workers across our worksites. Competency-based instruction provides our workers with specific training for their role through interactive eLearning modules accompanied with hands-on instruction. It also ensures we support the varying learning styles of our workforce while ensuring that we adhere to all provincial Health and Safety Regulations.
